CashbackDoor may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Keeping your account information up to date.
  • All activities conducted through your account.

You should notify CashbackDoor promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. How Cashback Works

To qualify for cashback, you may need to:

  2. Select an eligible merchant or offer through CashbackDoor.
  3. Click the applicable cashback or affiliate link.
  4. Complete the purchase or qualifying action on the merchant’s website.
  5. Follow the merchant’s applicable terms and conditions.

The transaction may initially appear as Pending while CashbackDoor waits for confirmation from the merchant or affiliate network.

Cashback becomes payable only after the transaction has been confirmed and the applicable commission has been received.

5. Cashback Tracking

Cashback tracking may depend on cookies, tracking links, browser settings, device identifiers, or other technologies.

To improve tracking, users should:

  • Start their shopping session through CashbackDoor.
  • Avoid using competing cashback or affiliate links during the same transaction.
  • Avoid disabling required cookies.
  • Avoid ad-blocking or tracking-blocking software that may interfere with tracking.
  • Complete the transaction in the same browsing session where possible.

CashbackDoor cannot guarantee that every transaction will be tracked successfully.

6. Missing Cashback

If an eligible transaction does not appear in your CashbackDoor account, you may submit a missing cashback request within the period specified by CashbackDoor.

You may be required to provide transaction details, order information, receipts, or other documentation.

CashbackDoor may investigate the transaction with the relevant merchant or affiliate network.

Cashback will only be credited if the transaction is subsequently confirmed as eligible.

7. Cashback Confirmation

Cashback may remain pending until the merchant or affiliate network confirms the transaction.

A transaction may be declined or cashback may be cancelled if, for example:

  • The order is cancelled or returned.
  • The purchase is refunded.
  • The transaction is fraudulent or suspicious.
  • The merchant does not approve the commission.
  • The transaction does not meet the offer requirements.
  • An excluded product or category was purchased.
  • An unauthorized coupon or promotional code was used.
  • The transaction violates the merchant’s terms.
  • The affiliate network does not report or confirm the transaction.

8. Cashback Rates

Cashback rates and promotional offers may vary between merchants, products, categories, campaigns, and time periods.

CashbackDoor reserves the right to change cashback rates and promotional offers at any time.

The cashback rate displayed at the time of the qualifying transaction will generally be used, subject to the applicable merchant and affiliate network terms.

9. Cashback Payments

Users may request payment of eligible cashback once they reach the minimum withdrawal threshold specified by CashbackDoor.

Available payment methods may include, where offered:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Gift cards
  • Digital wallets
  • Other supported payment methods

CashbackDoor may require users to verify their identity or payment details before processing a withdrawal.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

10. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

CashbackDoor may establish a minimum amount required before cashback can be withdrawn.

The applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be displayed on the platform.

Cashback below the minimum withdrawal amount may remain in the user’s account until the threshold is reached, subject to applicable account and program rules.

11. Expiration of Cashback

Cashback may expire if:

  • The account remains inactive for a specified period.
  • The cashback is subject to an expiry date.
  • The applicable merchant or affiliate program requires expiration.
  • The account is closed or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Any applicable expiration rules will be communicated through the platform where reasonably possible.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use CashbackDoor for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
  • Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or other methods to generate transactions.
  • Manipulating affiliate tracking.
  • Generating fraudulent transactions.
  • Using stolen payment information.
  • Self-referring where prohibited.
  • Attempting to obtain cashback on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
  • Misusing promotional codes or offers.
  • Providing false information.
  • Circumventing CashbackDoor’s systems or security measures.

CashbackDoor may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

CashbackDoor may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

  • Has violated these Terms.
  • Has engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Has attempted to manipulate the cashback system.
  • Has provided false or misleading information.
  • Has abused promotional offers.
  • Has violated applicable laws or third-party merchant terms.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, CashbackDoor may cancel pending or unpaid cashback associated with prohibited activity.

14. Third-Party Merchants

CashbackDoor does not own or control the third-party merchants listed on the platform.

When you click through to a merchant, you are interacting directly with that merchant.

CashbackDoor is not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Product availability
  • Pricing
  • Delivery
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Warranty claims
  • Customer service
  • Merchant website availability
  • Merchant policies

Any dispute regarding a purchase should generally be addressed with the relevant merchant.

15. Coupons & Promotional Offers

Coupons, discount codes, promotions, and special offers may have additional restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, CashbackDoor does not guarantee that a third-party coupon or promotional code will remain valid or work for every purchase.

Some coupons may affect cashback eligibility.

Users should review the specific offer conditions before completing a purchase.

16. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by CashbackDoor, including its branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, software, and other original materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit CashbackDoor content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
